If you do not have an account with us, you can use Visa, Master Card or American           
Express. You can also pay in cash, although you have to provide a credit card at the         
time of reservation to secure your booking

Not at all. Just fill out and submit Reservation Page. You can also send an e-mail or
simply call us to book a car

Monthly Bill from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00                       Discount   5%

As yearly you contact us, as more likely we will be able to accommodate your
request. We work on a
"first come, first served" basis
If you canceled or rescheduled your reservation more than 24 hours prior to pick
up time,
we will not charge you at all. If less than 24 hours but before we sent
the driver to pick you up, $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
In the event that
you cancelled or rescheduled your reservation
after the car has already been
dispatched (usually it is about two hours prior to pick up time) we will charge you
the full amount of the reserved trip
Waiting time fee applies only for departure service. First thirty minutes are free,
than we charge $10.00 for each fifteen minutes of waiting.
There is no any waiting
time fee if your flight is delayed or you have a problems with a luggage
collection
Yes. We charge $10.00 for each additional stop, unless it is  reasonably short
(five to seven minutes) stop and is on the way to drop off point
We charge additional $10.00 for pick ups between 12:00 am and 6:00 am. If your
flight arrives at 11:58 pm, it means that the actual pick up time will be after midnight
and the yearly morning pick up fee will be added
We do not charge any taxes at all. You can find our fees, surcharges,
and gratuity in the Rates Tables
San Francisco Airport
If you have not checked in any luggage, call us at (415) 720-1349 when you step off
the plane. We will meet you at the curbside of the upper (departure) level under the
sign of the airline you have arrived with.
If you have luggage to claim,
call us once you have collected your bags. We will
meet you at the curb of the lower (arrival) level.
This rendezvous procedure is for domestic flights as well as for international.
Upon your request, we can meet you at the luggage carousel in the Baggage Claim
Area for domestic flights or in the lobby of International Terminal.
Airport Parking Fee (not in the Rates Tables) will be added to the bill.  

Oakland Airport
If you have not checked in any luggage, call us at (415) 720-1349 when you step off
the plane. We will meet you at the curbside under the sign of the airline you have
arrived with.
If you have luggage to claim,
call us once you have collected your bags. We will
meet you at the curbside.
Upon your request, we can meet you at the luggage carousel in the Baggage Claim
Area.
Airport Parking Fee (not in the Rates Tables) will be added to the bill.

San Jose Airport
By the policy of the San Jose Airport, all customers will be met at the luggage
carousel
in the Baggage Claim Area.
